I've seen the fresh semen and it does appear to be a whitish or off white color-- fresh plugs seem to be colored whitish beige, with the ends sometimes pink (for my igs anyway) OLD PLUGS are dark orange/brownish--(seem dried up). These are the experiences I've had with my two male igs, although I'm sure it could vary from ig to ig. I always figured the pink end must contain a bit of blood or tissue-- maybe packed in there painfully tight or something. I wouldn't mind hearing some more info on this subject. When Sleestack's plug was stuck (KY wouldn't even help) I think it was stuck to his hemipenis (judging from the movement in the back of the tail, and his alarmed reaction. I wonder if that has anything to do with the end being pink.
