My ig has was appears to be a blister towards the back of his lower lip. Doesn't meet common criteria of mouth rot.ie, sticky discharge or yellow crust but, does occasionally bleed. Have been treating with Wound Rx (Furazolidone powder). Seems to dry up the wound and it disappears. A couple of days later comes back. My ig is eating...thats no problem but, someone told me there was something called blister disease. Is this true. Can't find any info to confirm. Diet, temp. and habitat are great. Is it time to see the vet?
