Since the gagging like has happened again, it would make me wonder if he might have something going on down in the throat. Infection maybe? Edema? Are you on the IML? If so, throw this over there if you haven't. I vaguely recall reading similar incidents in igs and treatment involved antibiotics &/or steroids. Jamie might have better recall on it than me right now....sorry but the human kids have about done me in this weekend ;o(
