yvette hi its ok to give youre 2 cents thats youre opinion !!! everybody has them thats why they are called opinions. and i do not give out bad in formation on reptiles if youre referring to telling people i fed my bearded dragons kale and defrosed frozen mixed vegtables i do !!!! and its not wrong i have a video from a professional herpetoculturist who has written for vivarium and reptile magazines and is cofounder of northern california herp society !!! the video is called bearded dragon care by randall gray and its not outdated its only 2years old. and he feeds his bearded dragons kale and frozen mixed vegtables . and as for nightime heat source yes i do use a nightime heat source yes i do use it for all my reptiles i have air condtion on in the house and that varies the inside house temps DUH!!!!!! so you shouldnt be telling people im giving out bad info or outdated info cause im not!!!! so you need to get a copy of that bearded dragon video and learn something along with the other people who think im wrong also contact randall gray and tell him that hes giving bad info on his video and see what he tells you!!!! i must be doing something right or my reptiles wouldnt have died by now my vet said they are all healthy and im doing a great job maybe you want to tell the vet she is wrong too ha !!! thanks my 2 cents mike
