Thanks to all of you on this site for helping me with muscle twitches about a month ago, and a new uvb tube and vitamins, "Sasha" is doing fabulous. However, we decided to go outside for an afternoon of sunshine the other day, and on the way outside, her tail got closed in the door. Let me refrase that, I CLOSED HER TAIL IN THE DOOR. I feel sooooooooooo guilty for hurting my beautiful girl. Her tail doesnt appear to be broken, however the skin was badly cut. I am using polysporin topical ointment right now as well as alot of TLC. The skin looks fairly healthy below the cut, but if you have any more recommendations to help preserve my babys tail and make her more comfortable, please let me know.
