she was just taking a cute pic. and by the way your 40 gal tank that you just spent hard earned money on, is too small for one ig, let alone 2. please read all you can on the internet about cages and iguana care. and then come back and post when your igs start fighting, which they probably will, most do, from what i read. iguanas prefer to be loners. and then, all the nice people, including dishy, will help you heal up your new friends. have a great day and see you soon! :o)


: Damn. We've had our "Edge" & "Blue Girl" 3 weeks now. They are 15" & 13" respectively. We bought them on the boardwalk in Wildwood NJ. We bought a 3-5 gallon plastic terrarium. A week later we put them in a 10 gallon tank. A week later we were at Pets Mart and say a 3 side screen one side glass tank on sale. If it were an aquarium it would be 40 gallons. The bigger the tank the happier the babies look, and the more fun we have watching.
