Rose of Sharon sounds familiar, it might be. The one's we have, I have taken photos (undeveloped yet)that shows their size vs a quarter; you could probably get a 100 quarters to fill one flower in size. It's from the hibiscus family and our igs love them.
I guess it looks like I am going to have to do some full research for the forum and post the results. LOL Then, we'll all be educated!! I will try to include with the common name the Sci. name for them too. Maybe I show make that an added page on the website.....call it "The Hibiscus Room"
