I took a look at the Nutribac link at Marie's site a few months ago...some things that bugged me was I couldn't find which type of bacteria it contained, plant or animal protein mix, nor amount of bac. , nor storage intrstructions. Plus the little disclaimer at the bottom of the fact sheet tells ya all about their claims to reduce, remove Salmonella. I myself would still give it a try anyway...Nutribac is a probiotic that has been around a long time like Benebac...even tho I think the Salmonella claims are grossly exaggerated I'd still use it.

hey gina thanks i spoke with the man at the research lab that sells nutribac he gave me a brief rundown on nutribac size how to store it use it ,results on reptiles he used it on his pet frogs. he told me that its not fda approved yet thats why that little quote on the bottom of the web page says what it says if they make specific quotes witout fda approval they probably get in trouble he wasnt pushy trying to sell me on anything .i ave seen nutribac advertised in reptiles magazine alot!!! theres also a company ms bioscience that has a similar product that the us department of agriculture developed called peempt. so i have a felling it will work what do i have to loose just want to keep him healthy mike
