Heavy sigh! I hear of ig owners being told BAD advice from their vet TOO many times. Sue, Des, and Joan created The Herp Vet Connection to give us herpers a good list of vets that know lizards. Geeze, we were such newbies, that Sue took our 1st ig to the vet becaused she sneezed. The vet wanted to do injectables for 20 days for an upper resperatory infection. DUH! Iggies sneeze! The vet had no clue.
My advice, buy Hatfields book, or visit MKs site!
