Just something to throw into the pot. Our igs sneeze if they are disturbed. If Go has the chance to sleep in our waterbed, I move him if he is in my part of the bed. He will squirm, and sneeze repeatedly, until his habitat, (the waterbed), is secure, and I quit moving.
If I pick an ig up from a basking spot, now, I turn my head. Ig sneezes are hard to get off glasses!
Not sure, but could be low-grade way to keep predators away in the wild?
