I had the grocery store special order mustard greens for me (they already carry collards), and they have very "frilly" edges and are a fairly bright light green. I had gotten some seeds for "mustard" and the picture on the package shows large, somewhat oval, smooth edged, much darker leaves. So now I'm confused.... should I plant the seeds? which is the correct mustard greens?
Also, I bought some turnips that where sprouting leaves and planned on planting them for the greens. Sound O.K.?
Thanks!

one more question.... In my mother's garden I noticed that the leaves on a cauliflower plant are very similar in appearance and taste to collard greens.... are cauliflower leaves any good for igs?
