Large lump on Iggy's lower jaw

My girlfriend's iguana has developed a lump on his lower jaw. She has lanced and drained fluid from it a few times, but it keeps coming back. Now, it is quite large and we can't seem to find a vet in Pittsburgh who treats iguanas. My girlfriend is extremely concerned about this and is scared that Iggy might die. She is so attached to him and loves him so much that she would be severely depressed if he dies. Any information about this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
