amber, hi and wecome to the forum. im sorry to hear about the ig problem. poor thing. igs hate change and now your parents made it worse by moving her. and to a shelter for cats and dogs? or did they find a shelter that knows anything about igs that are in good health, let alone in poor health. im sure your parents dont realize all the specifics of ig raising. a lot of people dont. iguanas are a very difficult lizard to raise even by an adult. so please dont get another one until you are older and can care for it properly. it sounds like you will be a wonderful igmomma in the future. maybe you can just donate your time, helping care for other igs around your town. usually people need good sitters that they can trust. put the word out that you can help! take care amber, and keep us posted, sue3 & fatty.
