Ive used Zoo Med commercial iguana food when Ive been out of town for a few days. My igs will not eat most of it tho & go for the fresh stuff that's mixed in. I think Zoo-Meds is one of the better commercial diets in a pinch...but not long term. I don't have the container anymore but if I remember right it had alot of protein in it...and D3...can't remember what else. If ever at the pet store take a look at the label and decide.
