You could try putting a fence around your flowers and then planting some more just for them to eat, which would kind of distract them... You could also try running outside and scaring them everytime you see them. Iguanas are really smart and if they think you would hurt them (which you don't want to really do), they might steer clear from you and your yard, but they might now. Maybe you could invent a scareiguana and put it up in your yard (like a snake or something). Okay, now I'm just getting wierd. I'd better go...
