I lucked out and my regular pet sitter, we have cats also, was used to Ig's at least she has been around them by way of friends having them.
She comes in and feeds Lizzy and the other pets. She changes the poop water and drinking water and general cleans the cage.
I have not let her handle Lizzy but she will talk with her and mist her for me.
We have done this three times and every time has been a success for Lizzy und the humins.
Maybe another type of pet sitter other than one for just Ig's , some will do this worth a try at least.
The lady we use is licensed and bonded of course and we checked out references, better be safe than sorry.
