Great news! You can toss a few other things in there for variety...Igs seem to like color & aroma...GGIs are foliovorous frugivores (fancy words for leaf & fruit eaters)...dice up some great calcium type fruits & veggies every now & then or daily since they are nutritious too!. Fruits: diced papaya, figs, rasberries, blackberries, prickly pear (cactus fruit). Veggies like grated butternut or spaghetti squash, diced green beans.
My igs get about 60% greens, 20% grated squash,20% fruit....for a long long time...and they don't seem to get bored with it ...they eat it up!
Are you supplementing his diet with calcium or multi-vitamins? May be a good idea for the lil varmit (can't remember how old he is! maybe he ain't so little ;-) so doesn't really need it.
Anyway Keep up the GOOD work!!
Gina
