bought "cilantro" by mistake...can I use it?

Yesterday I was shoping for Lemmy's (Ig) and Scooter's (BD) greens when I picked up one bunch of Cilantro thinking that I had seen it on a food item list somewhere. Now I don't see it listed and am wondering if it will be okay if I let them munch this one bunch anyway, or is there a danger with this particular green I'm not aware of? I'd like to use it up if I could...( and I ain't no cook so I know It won't be in MY dinner! )
