i would say that if there is any question about the safety of something, don't use it until you are able to confirm it's safety or lack of ... i have alot of faith in alot of what MK has written and *personally* would follow her suggestions, just because she is one source that i know has extensive experience with a great many igs ...
but that's me ... a closet MK fan ...
