Shed....to worry or not to worry

Sorry, it's just me again. The "greenie" ig owner with another question. Yesterday, after giving Baby his bath, I was stroking him and playing with his little "fingers" and noticed his right "hand" hadn't shed yet. The skin is milky white. I've been misting him and he just recently shed in sections but for some reason this skin is hanging on for dear life. It's a tough area too because he's still pretty small and his fingers are so long and thin. Should I just watch it and keep doing what I'm doing? Has anyone else had this problem? What do you recommend? thanks. J
