wellllllllllll ... since tofu isn't animal protein, it's not *totally* bad ... i'd really hesitate to be adding that much protein to an adult ig's diet tho, just because too much plant protein can be hard on the kidneys too (tho not as bad as animal protein!) ...
a good, well balanced ig- diet will have plenty of protein in it just from the collards, dandelions, etc and not need additional protein ...
my 3.5yo ig has severe kidney probs (not from diet) and trust me, you do not want to go thru this ... feeding things that are in *any way* questionable is just *not* worth the risk ...
