Go with probiotics...or miso paste..(health food stores refrigerated section)...Yogurt is really not a reliable product for replenishing beneficial microflora ...its too inferior...have to give alot, too much sugar,fat, processed, fermented....not filtrated, fruit flavor types reduce the amount of beneficial bacteria numbers, and storage by the time you open the yogurt..most of the "live cultures" are live no more & significantly reduced. The labeling on the package of yogurt also doesn't tell you about the count..except that it contains live cultures.
