I love your happy trio pic. As for the photo being to dark-- it is because your lizards are back lit by the window (camera compensates by closing down iris and exposing for bright outdoor light). You can fix these photos to some degree in photoshop, after scanning them in (I've had to with some of mine) but if you don't like that hassle, stand with your back to the light source (window). Obviously you cannot get them sitting on the window sill for this type of shot. I'd love to see a close up of your lizards though-- especially that chukwalla!
