A vet check by a qualified herp vet is in order-- do some research to find one that knows what he is doing rather than just claiming to be good with reptiles. Perhaps someone here is from your area and can reccommend one.
Get a fresh fecal sample to the vet for testing to make sure he doesn't have worms or parasites as well.
Collards and mustard greens are a great source of calcium. The vet can see if there is any sign of metabolic bone disease-- and he may need more calcium supplements.
Giving him a luke warm bath is a good idea to stimulate stubborn shed, helps with humidity and will promote him to make a duty! (you can potty train him this way if you so desire).
I cannot provide you with site addresses now, but hopefully others will. (or I can later)
Jen Swofford's site (my fav)
Melissa Kaplan's site
Vet connection
The first two are highly researched sites with the most in depth care info.
Also a great book is James Hatfield's Giant Green Iguana manual. Not cheap but very thick and useful.
Good luck and keep us posted.
