Basking spot should be high 80s mid to high 90s preferably. I don't see temp gauges in that awesome cage. By the time the basking spot lamp hits where the ig is ...the temps would reduce some. Ambient temps do not count as basking temps. Igs need POTZ (preferred optimal temperature zone) in order to digest their food. 80 degrees internally for microflora to breakdown the cellulose of vegetation...so if the temps aren't high enough...you may be looking at problems down the road. Those logs are awesome...some concerns besides the bark shed...would be abrasiveness and scale breakdown, increased water retention and therefore ^ fungal infections...but that's a stretch, since it looks like ig doesn't sit on em.May consider sanding down the sharper edges of the logs. Decorate the cage with artificial plants , hibiscus bushes, ficus, giving your ig some hiding spots...so doesn't feel so vulnerable and promote humidity. I wouldn't worry too much about the uvb exposure, especially if he/she get out & about in the sun every now & then. Its coming along...My igs say they want you to come over and build them a mansion too! Oh one other thing....don't rule out that he may not be a she ;-)
