nodding in agreement with the others and if i may, emphasize the most important parts ...
keep her warm, 85-95 degrees ... a human heating pad set on 'Low' is a safe + effective way to keep an especially sick ig a bit warmer, especially if it's not possible to get her enclosure up to the 85-95 degrees ...
sunshine is wonderful for her, but i'd remove anything that might urge her to climb! sounds like she's way too weak to manage well enough without great risk to her bones ...
daily (if poss.) warm baths will help her skin and hopefully she may take a drink or two while she's soaking ...
Pedialyte will help more than water to replace electrolytes ... Ensure for calories (strawberry is usually received fairly well) ...
personally, i'd tell anyone who called about her that 'she didn't make it', take her home and help her heal ... Baytril and de-worming would prob'ly be a good idea too ...
let us know how we can help!
