First-it is normal for an iguana to not eat much for about 2 weeks. That is because he misses his old home. You should get a poop sample checked by a reptile vet. Worms or parsites are very common.
Feed iggy a salad of foods such as collard, mustard, turnip and dandelion greens, escarole, squash, green beans, canalope, strawberries, etc.
Easy on the fruit.
