It would probably be a very bad idea.
You need an enzyme in your mouth in order to properly digest lactose and convert it into energy. When a human lacks this enzyme, we call it lactosant tolerant. Also, many people from cultures where they have little or no dairy (i.e. China, Japan, etc.) often have a hard time digesting dairy.
Since iguanas don't have dairy in the wild, evolution has probably cost them the enzyme (or never put it there in the first place) to convert lactose into energy. Also, I've read that too much milk will create more mucus in your stomache and actually keep you from absorbing most of the calcium.
