: Now, about the ants....oh boy, once you have ants, ya gotta lot of problems!! If the branch has ants, I would get it out of the house asap. Some how ( and I will think on this) build a holding box that you can put the branch in and fill the box with a bleach/water mixture. Let it sit overnight then take it out and wash it off with clean water. Once rinshed, let dry in an area without "ants" and re-install in the cage.

I haven't seen but two ants so hopefully thats a plus. The branch is 8 foot long and about 6 feet tall with bunch of branches
off of it, very bulky and heavy(80-100 pounds), I'd have to have an inground pool. I sprayed it twice, so hopefully that got
most of them. The cage was built around the branch and its nailed down, not moving anytime soon. I will post some pics of my cage soon.
He looks so little in such a huge cage. Thanks for the reply and info.
