We have a lot that grow around where I work, no pesticides used and it had just rained so I pulled up a huge bunch. : Took them home and cleaned thoroughly and picked stems and chopped into pieces. She adores dandelion greens almost as much as her collards. In the winter there is a high line store here in Chicago that sells them and I usually take a trip there to get her some. : I love it when I can make her happy.
