It is hard to tell

Both Felix and Woodstock lost part of their tails.
Both tips are black and filling out. I do not have any idea how big they would be. Neither had good food and neither are the size that they should be. Felix has gained 4 poounds since we had him. Woodstock is still bird weight. He wouldn't eat when we got him back. He just ate two days in a row, so I am hoping we can get him fattened up.
