Taking IG outside???

: Very hot here and I know its good to get them direct sunlight, sometimes he sits in the window(through a screen) and gets sun. : I was wondering the best way to take him out, without him running. He gets on my shoulder, but I get scared he's gonna run down my : shirt and take off. Would be very difficult to catch him in the yard, they run fast! : Hadn't had time to make an outside cage yet, can you use some sort of leash? He is almost 2 foot long snout-to-tail! Not a year old yet! : Any ideas and suggestions. Thanks.
