How close to UVB?

Ziggi is sometime this week gonna stay in his new cage. I was wondering,
how close should he be to the UVB? I told the builder to put me a 4ft long shelf
about 12-14 inches from the top of cage. I have 2 4ft Reptisun 5.0 bulbs I'm gonna
put above the shelf, will this be close enough? I want to make sure he gets plenty of UVB!
I will tell them to put it closer if you think I should? Thanks.
