Started Taming

Posted a message a while ago about the best way to start taming my iguana, well I have tried and it doesnt seem to be working very well. I just want to make sure I am not doing anything wrong. He runs like crazy from my hand when I put it in his cage to try to pick him up and I get scared because I dont want to stress him out or anything, should I just go ahead and grab him so he will get use to being picked up or worry about stressing him out. Any steps you can give me would be greatly appreciated and this is a great place for help because you are such wonderful people who help out every chance you get. I want to thank you...
