Hello, Ive used Zoo Med's All Natural food. Zoo Med actually says on the container to "Feed free choice, change daily, Adding fruits and Vegetables makes a great ocaasional fresh treat".
So, sounds like to me that Zoo Med thinks its okay to use as a sole diet. The one I use is the Adult formula. I personally only use it when I run out of fresh salad. Sometimes I will crush some of the pellets and add it to the salad, kinda like I would alfalfa. Yvette
