Thanks for mentioning the fine chopping Glenda, and yes, I am aware of that fact. I always chop my greens pretty small, about 1/2" or smaller, just because I think they eat more and digest better. It's no wonder why it takes me an hour and a half to make enough food for 3 meals, huh?
