My iguana would always hold her poop for ever!!!! I mean a longggg time and it was winter when I got her so I didn't know how the sun would affect her. as soon as it warmed up and her outdoor mansion was finished she started pooping in her pond pretty much every day. but then it slowed and it was time for another fecal and she had hook worms, but now their all gone and she swims and them poops. She won't poop in a tub, unless it is outside in the sun.
