so as soon as the moron saw a potential sale with your generous offer of a $100 bucks, he raised the price hoping you would still pay big bucks for such a **cked up animal.
he's the one running the place, he can do what he wants.
like someone said, contact PETA, and have him taken care of.

plus, $120 is not even the market price for a 4' iguana, especially a neglected one!
