Were they yellowish-orange coming out of her? If so, then this is a sign that they did not receive their shell/coating because she was lacking enuf calcium to produce it.
If they came out white and then turned yellow, then they are infertile eggs.
Do you feel as if she has lain them all? If they were yellow coming out, you might want to go ahead and have the vet do an x-ray to be sure all eggs are gone. They can sometimes retain eggs hoping to build up their calcium supply. This can lead to a dangerous situation for them.
She needs to be on a calcium supplement if she isn't already to help her replenish her calcium stores that she lost while preparing her eggs.
