It would behoove you Dand to purchase the most expensive there is and enough to make a few panels to replace soiled for clean .....cheap stuff frays ALOT ...your ig will lick everything and more than likely ingest some (problems!).......you can use a cigarette lighter and seal off the edges of the good stuf...but *eventually* it too will fray
May want to consider...linoelum as a substrate....easy to clean water proof etc.
I USED to use astroturf panels, then switched to indoor outdoor carpet....now use sterile
potting soil as a substrate (no bugs, pesticides,herbicides, weed free, no vermiculite), helps maintain the humidity, he can scratch, dig away at it, absorbant, digestable, and much less of a headache to keep clean!
