I have been on the internet for about 3 years and consider myself quite computer, and internet literate. I don't know if you know the meaning of (All Caps) That is when the entire message is written in capitol letters, (and I do find these messages hard to read and irritating) But I don't see a problem with using caps to put emphasis on words here and there, as long as it isn't over done. . . Anyway, Who the heck cares, as long as she has something intellegent to add to the forum?
