Personally, I wouldn't pre-mix the salad and supplements and refrigerate it. What I do when we go out of town (or when we're not out of town) is preshred and chop everything. Greens in separate containers from the veggies/fruit. This morning, it only took me about 5 mintues to "make" 6 iguana salads and 1 bearded dragon salad. You might try making one salad up for the sitter so she can see the portion you give and let her mix the salad herself on the other days. If you're uncomfortable with her giving the correct supplement amount, it wouldn't hurt your iguana to miss a few days of it.
I'd discuss with your sitter how she feels about tossing a salad each day and take it from there.
