You all have just totally overwhelmed me with your outpouring of kindness + well wishes � thank you more than I can ever say � your words mean a lot to me and they do help!

I didn�t start out to spew forth like that last night, it just poured out of my fingers � I think it�s the first time I admitted some things to myself and I�ve come to terms with other things � I didn�t understand til last night why I have been so reluctant to take him to the vet � then the DNR thing came into my head + I thought, yeah, that�s how I feel � but anyway �

Ok now � ya gotta realize that I�m laughing (now) at this next story �

Got up this morning + peeked in iZ�s room � oh yeah! He�s up there stomping around, tearing the green blankey off his bed and messing up his room � he was on the floor and saw me and shudder bobbed like mad, so I just said HI and backed out � took a nap later in the day and the wind blew my bedroom door shut and blew *his* door open � so when I got up, I opened my door and there�s this big angry green dragon, sitting in front of my door shudder bobbing at me! Ok � I sat down on the floor + was talking to him + with no warning at all, the little monster opened his mouth and lunged at me! I dodged and he flew behind me and as I was looking over my shoulder, here he comes again! Mouth open + hissing like mad � he rammed into my hip, but all his mouth got was my extra baggy t-shirt � what a way to wake up! I ran downstairs!!!

Ok, so I�m sittin� in the livingroom, drinkin� my diet coke, wondering if iZ has been on-line with Harry during the night or what, when I hear him coming downstairs! Now, I remember Cirsisue�s story of her foot being mangled, so I grab my tennies and put them on and poof! There�s the angry iZ-monster himself, in the middle of the kitchen, glaring at me + shudder bobbing � ummmmmmmmmm, ok � I carefully scooted around the outside of the room + sent the dogs outside where they�d be safe and I fixed iZ a plate of food and scooted it across the floor to him � shudder shudder bobobobobobob � then, he jumped up onto the stove! Bobobobobobobobob � about that time the dogs were barking their heads off so I went out to see what was up and there was a friend of mine at the fence, so I decided I was safer outside anyway and sat + talked to him for � hour � we sat + watched iZ climb all over the stove, the microwave and bobobobobob at the window � geesh! I went back in and stayed the heck out of his way � hubby came home about 3 hrs later + he usually poo-poohs me when I tell him to stay away from iZ but he believed me this time � he geared up with a heavy coat + hood + put iZ up on his basking shelf to see if that�d calm him down � nope! He sat up there like he was ready to leap down on our heads � By then it was about his usual time to get in the tub so I fixed him a bath + hubby carefully carried him into the bathroom � I usually sit next to the tub, but I sat across the room this time! I�ve never seen him SO mad for SO long! He glared at me and after a while, the warm water worked and he passed ALOT of gas and pooped big time � I thought, ok, so he had a bad tummy ache + he�ll feel better now � he stayed in the tub for TWO hours! Just lay there like a lump the whole time � I think pooping helped, but he still doesn�t feel good �

He�s up on his basking shelf, giving us angry glares, bobbing every once in a while � I gotta go tuck him in bed pretty soon � oh THAT should be interesting!

So � Just another day in the life of me + the grouchy dragon � we�re both hangin� in there + we�ll get thru this �
