HELP!!!!! dragging back legs!!!!!!

My 2 year old male seems otherwise to be himself but hes dragging his back legs!!!!!He seems to be able to move them but there weak or something....Hes using his tail as a prop so that he doesnt look hurt? is this some kind of difficency in my keeping.......HELP!!!!!
