ok gina, you know i'm the queen of worrying right??? so that said ...

one of iZ's 1st noticeable symptoms when he got so sick last fall was severe stuck sheds ... it is also *still* one of the 1st warning symptoms that his body's chemistry is getting messed up and i have to put him back on aluminum hydroxide for a while ... sooooo .... just something to consider i guess ... and hopefully rule out!

as far as restraining her + unsticking the stuck shed ... *grin* ... i know that feeling!!! don't do it tho!!! i've also learned from iZ + his shedding probs that if it does not come off easily, it is *not ready*! if you force it off, it hurts! *plus* the shed you got off and the scales underneath are just kinda slimey + then you feel bad cuz it obviously wasn't s'posed to come off yet ... for whatever reason! (*hanging head in shame*)

if warm soaks with a washcloth 'cape' and aloe rubs aren't getting it, try a bit of mineral oil rubbed into the stuck area ... (that's what i'm tryin' with iZ right now, but he's another whole story!) ... (disclaimer to newbies: never put mineral oil *all over* your ig!!!!)

hope juana's feelin' ok and gets shed ok pretty soon!!!!
