I'd be worried if you didn't. You mentioned a "thread" I must have missed it (scrolled down a little bit) Talking iguanas or other reps. is a distraction for me (can't remember the last time I had cyber sex since talking igs! lololol)....When I respond to a post...I EXPECT *not* to be taken seriously...if anything alot of my posts are provocative..getting people to look at other angles, REthink, REsearch, ...that's about it. Im not an igspert or a dem-ig-god! My response to a post does NOT 'require' a reaction on the part of the poster. I really do like tossing around all the great ig ideas posted here...without having to deal with all the condemning/ personalizing/contradictions/know-it-all ego-manics like on other boards.

As for non-dairy filtrated probiotics...powder form not too expensive ($11) shelf life 1-2 years on average....not too bad with as many reps as we've got... MAY be something worth looking into. I'll post all the stuff I have on yogurt "live cultures"...tried looking for it to no avail ...just hope that hairy Irishman of mine didn't delete the file!

Yogurt.....it works for you....well OK ! Who am I to tell you not to use it!
