Well why would anyone have a 150 watt light bulb close enough to heat up a rock (which i imagine is sitting on the bottom of the cage)? and anyway if the cage is set up with branches and things to climb on like it should be an iguana probably would not spend much time sitting on a rock. Heat rocks were design for desert lizards that normally sit on rocks to sun themselves, and for heat. at least that is where the the ideal for heat rocks came from. an iguana being a arboreal lizard and spending a great deal of it's life in tree would not normally sit on a rock.
