I have noticed this too. I have also noticed that these posts have a couple things in common: (1)They seem to come right after a series of posts about the same subject, (2)they are worded in such a way that guarantees a reaction, (3) recently, they are trying to come across as naive and innocent, but, if you look at the structure of the post and the words and phrases used, I at least, get the impression that these people know a lot more than they are letting on.
I don't think a mature adult would submit these posts, unless they have some major head problems. It's more like the kids that TP your house or flush fire crackers down the school toilets.
I find it interesting that these posters are really trying to disguise their intent by attempting the " I am just asking" or other phrases that would lead one to believe that it's just an honest, innocent question - but at the same time, "in your face" and controversial. I thought the post you referred to : "Find what's wrong" was particularly insulting. Here this person finds every "hot button" and then bitterly complains that we don't find it funny. He then, like a 3 year old having a tantrum, complains that it is "us" at this forum that have problems, and that he is going to take his toys and go elsewhere, apparently where is sense of humor is more appreciated.
Again, what I see as truly honest posts, these people at least read what has been previously posted, they don't emphasize guaranteed "hot topics", and, they come back with thought out reasonable responses.
At least that is my take on it.
