Well...
First of all, just make sure that none of the lesions are deep enough to need stiches (Lips? Could leave bad scar, not always petty in the face...). If not, Biaxin cover you for almost all the gram + bacteria but for virtually none of the Gram - bacteria. Anyway, you should be ok by just cleaning your wounds on a regular basis, put some ATB cream (like Ozonol or something like this but go easy on the Betadine since it could be irritant and slow down a little the healing process if put in excess). Look carefully for any sign of infection (Persisting pain, redness, warm or oedema, pus). In any doubt, well, see a doc. ;o)
