Hi!
Sorry for the sort of off topic post- but this just might help save some land that some of the reptiles we keep come from:
Care-2.com is sponsoring it's second save the rain forest contest. Everytime someone visits and clicks on their "Save the Rainforest" page 19 feet of rainforest is saved. Each click generates a donation, paid by advertising sponsors, to The Nature Conservancy's Adopt An Acre Program.
This effort to save the rain forest runs until August 1st, 2000 so please register and request reminder emails so that you can keep clicking and keep saving a small portion of the rainforest on a regular basis. :)
This is a worthwhile cause- and one dear to my heart. Won't you please click on the link below and do your part in saving the rainforest?

Please bookmark this link and click daily
If you register with Care-2.com under my invitation you might be asked for an invite number- 132417437
Where the Money Goes:
Care2.com donates 100% of Race revenues toThe Nature Conservancy's Adopt An Acre Program. The Nature Conservancy is currently working with its long-time Bolivian partner, PROMETA, to purchase nearly 4,000 acres of land to create an ecological corridor between the Tariquia National Flora and Fauna Reserve in Bolivia and neighboring Baritu National Park in Argentina.
Now if only they'd sponsor a race to save Canada's rainforest (one of the largest in existance) on the west coast I'd be really happy. :)
If you are interested in things like this you might also be interested in the "Feed the Hungry" effort as well. Each click (one per day) generates a donation of 1 1/2 cups of staple food to a hungry person, paid for by sponsors of the site.
